Behind every beautiful outdoor transformation is a problem solved properly.

Not every project is straightforward, and this recent poolside transformation is the perfect example of why experience matters. When the Hill County Property Services team broke ground, we uncovered fully saturated clay, and severe drainage issues.

Instead of a quick fix, we engineered a long-term solution built to last:

- Installed a custom French drain system to capture and redirect water completely away from the pool area.

- Built an open aggregate base for superior drainage, reinforced with geogrid to create a strong "skeleton" beneath the surface to prevent future settling or shifting.

- Constructed a custom retaining wall and relocated the garden behind it, opening up the pool deck and maximizing usable space.

Projects like this are our absolute favorite. They challenge us to think creatively and deliver a finished product that stands the test of time.
