Great things are happening at Eastern Plumbing - we just got our hands on a shiny new inspection camera!

After two pricey repair trips to Toronto for our old camera, I decided to upgrade to the Hathorne inspection camera, which is supposed to be almost bulletproof. This Made-in-Canada beauty can tackle 3" - 10" drains up to 200' long and arrived in record time. And, just between you and me, Nikolas might be available for a few "off-the-books" colonoscopies for friends and family.

Our largest project to date.

Earlier this year we successfully completed the plumbing for a large renovation at the Dev Centre which consisted of almost 110 bathrooms and some kitchenettes.

To tackle this beast we had to team up with our frenemies and their awesome skills.

Plumber Wanted – Permanent Full-Time & Project Opportunities

We are looking for a skilled plumber with a great attitude and excellent people skills to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position, but we are flexible and open-minded, and would also consider a 3rd or 4th-year apprentice with solid experience and the ability to work independently.

About the Job:

80% residential service, including blocked sewers and drains
20% light commercial and some residential new construction
Opportunities for growth and long-term employment

Not looking for full-time?
We are also hiring for a project-based role, lasting approximately 6-8 weeks, requiring a minimum commitment of 2 full days a week, with the option to work up to 5 days a week.

Really wanting to go home but took an emergency call for a cat 🐈 stuck behind a hot water tank.

Owner said they tried a few things including lowering a towel in hopes that the cat would climb up but no luck. They were feeding it but couldn’t get it any water so with this being day 3, they called me to remove the tank to get the cat out.

Was a long day and I’m not really a cat person but fortunately I am rather fond of money 💰

Bad joke? 😜

They were thankful and sent me home with a bottle of wine 🍷

Everyone loves the plumber

On my way out of an apartment building after unblocking a bathtub and the dad says - Sir, wait. My daughter wants to give you a gift for Christmas.

She hands over this wrapped candy and a broken, wet candy cane haha…..I think she was eating it and had enough. I guess I’ll wait until it dries before eating it.

Out of all of the jobs I’ve had, seems like everyone loves the plumber 😎
