This one came a long way from where it started.

New decking, fresh black railings, rebuilt stairs, structural upgrades underneath, and a clean modern finish that completely changed the look of the backyard.

We’re not too sure what the concrete guys were thinking when they forgot to form a step for this door… to be fair, half the time we hardly know what we’re thinking either. 😂

That being said, we just wrapped up this small entry ramp for a customer. Big project or small, we put the same pride, care, and attention into every job we take on.

Another demolition project wrapped up ✔️

This one was an 18’ x 40’ shed teardown and removal completed entirely by hand due to no machine access and extremely tight working quarters. Every piece had to be carefully dismantled, carried out manually, loaded, and hauled away.

A lot of labour went into this one, but the site was left clean and ready for the next phase.

We take on difficult access demo jobs others won’t. Message us for demolition, junk removal, site cleanup, and more.

Daniel deck (framing day 3.5)

Framing’s wrapped on this one. Posts are bearing where they should, beams are carrying clean, everything’s tied in tight and running dead level across the whole span. Took a bit of messing around with the grade to get it sitting right, but it’s not going anywhere now.

This is the part nobody notices… unless it’s done wrong 😅

What’s left:
• Full glass railing
• Stairs off the side

So yeah structurally overbuilt, visually still looks like a giant wooden table for now. Give it a few days and it’ll start making sense to everyone else.

Daniel’s deck(framing day 2)

Got everything sitting where it should today.
Cut all the piles to height, tied the beams in, and started laying out the joists.

Took a bit of time making sure everything was straight and consistent crowns all going the same way, spacing kept tight, nothing rushed. This is the part you don’t see later, but it’s what keeps the deck from getting that bounce or twist after a couple seasons.

Added the bracing underneath too so it’s not going anywhere. Feels solid already just walking on it.

Starting to actually see the footprint of the space now. Always a good feeling when it goes from lines on the ground to something you can stand on.

Should move quick from here.

Big progress today on the deck build and everything is coming together exactly how it should. The layout is locked in, posts are set, and the structure is sitting clean, square, and level across the entire footprint.

We’ve got the helical piles dialed in and supporting perfectly, and the framing is starting to really show the scale of the project now. The beams are landing where they should, the elevations are matching up nicely with the existing structure, and all our lines are holding true to layout.

No fighting the build today everything is setting the way it was planned, which makes the next stages a lot smoother from here on out.

More framing and structure going in next as we start tying it all together and building it up from here.

Morning well spent getting this one dialed in.

Helical piles are all cut and leveled using a laser to make sure everything is dead on before we build. This is the part most people never see, but it’s what makes the whole structure sit right, stay solid, and last.

No guesswork, no “close enough.” Start it right, everything that follows goes smoother.

Most people never see what actually holds their project up.

This is the part that matters.

Helical piles are what we’re using here instead of traditional footings. They get screwed deep into the ground until they hit solid load-bearing soil no guesswork, no shifting, no waiting on concrete.

✔️ Strong, stable base
✔️ Minimal disturbance to the yard
✔️ Installed fast, built to last

Not something I install myself but it’s part of doing the job right. The structure is only as good as what it sits on.

If you’re thinking about a deck, addition, or anything structural this season, this is the kind of stuff you want done properly from day one.
