Ran 1.5” Wirsbo tubing from the main water entry at the Justice Institute of BC Firefighting Training Centre. Cut in a 2×1.5” ProPress tee with an isolation valve for future shut downs, then routed the feed through the wall and down into the crawl space. Mechanical insulation to follow

Replaced the air and water manifold for an industrial concrete manufacturer in the Fraser Valley.

The existing system, which supplied water to the aggregate mixing station (critical for producing concrete properly), had been neglected and succumbed to the environment.

We installed galvanized steel piping, new valves, and a full winterization plan to ensure consistent operation and prevent downtime in the future.

Pressure under control!
This Richmond home has been running on full city water pressure since it was built, no PRV at all. Beyond impressive there were no major issues until now.

Installed a new 3/4” Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV)

Used Uponor PEX for equivalent flow and added flexibility

3/4” Pressure reducing valve replacement.

Client had stated their supply line to their bathroom faucet had completely severed from the shut off due to significant water pressure throughout their house. We diagnosed a faulty PRV causing extremely high water pressure.

Their new PRV is equipped with a pressure gauge to allow ease and safety to their domestic water system.
