It’s deck season!

The rebuild of both north & south facing lower decks is well underway. Today we’ll take delivery of various steel posts for the continued build of the 2nd floor decks.

All hands on deck! The AU gents got to pouring new footings this week. These footings will support a large steel beam that will be later installed to provide the property owner with a brand new second floor deck. This build will be solid for ages to come.

The team has been on site for the past few weeks for the 3rd phase of work with a longtime client of Arts Unlimited.

You can view our previous work on some of our past phases with the most recent being an entire kitchen renovation.

This phase takes the team outside to solve issues with water damage & the reconstruction of a main floor deck and 2nd floor balcony. Notably a significant amount of water damage caused by insufficient and non-existent protection from a previous renovation.

Time for the Arts Unlimited team to make it right.
