Most people believe the value of a project can be measured by dividing cost by total square footage. While this sounds simple, it creates a false comparison.

👉 Two projects with the same square footage can have completely different framing costs depending on:
• Structural hardware requirements
• Geometry and detailing
• Site conditions and sequencing

Square footage measures size — not complexity or craftsmanship.
