⚡️Employee Spotlight-Black Fox Electric⚡️

This is long overdue (my bad 😅), but we’d like to officially introduce our first employee — Dawson Merling.

Dawson first joined us in 2024 as a high school co-op student. He took the initiative at this time to enroll in the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program and absolutely excelled.

That summer, we brought him on as a summer student, and after graduating his 2024/2025 school year, he returned as a first-year apprentice.

I’ll tell you — they don’t make them like Dawson very often.

From day one, he showed up every single day, on time, ready to learn, and eager to get his hands dirty.

Since becoming an employee, Dawson continues to prove that there are hardworking, dedicated young people out there who truly want to learn, grow, and become the best in their trade.

Dawson — we’re lucky you landed with Black Fox Electric and chose to stick with us. You’ve got a bright future ahead, and we’re proud to be part of your journey. 🔥
