Behind the pretty lights, plugs and sockets you will find a panel. The wizard behind the curtain so to speak. This panel was installed to feed the new addition on an existing bungalow. The addition includes a primary suite, large walk in closet, ensuite bathroom, ensuite laundry room, powder room, hallway and expanded front entrance. The ICRT Electrical electrician worked alongside the contractor and the home owner to plan, layout, adjust and install all of the electrical components to make the space efficient and beautiful. Details such as smart switches with motion sensors, theatre lighting in the hallway, and 72 pot lights…. Are all controlled by the new 100amp service added to the new utility room to feed this space.
