This dock on Maple Lake had a rough winter!
High water, ice movement, and years of wear finally caught up. After a structural review (snapped stringers at midpoint) and a few strategic repairs (cut in half, installed new pin connection), we've managed to limp it through what will be its final season before retirement.
It's not pretty, but it's standing, it's safe, and it's got one more summer left in it!
If your dock, deck, cottage, or bunkie has shifted over the winter, we'd be happy to take a look and discuss repair or replacement options.
Waterfront structures are what we do.
