Happy weekend everyone!!! I must say, it's been a little while! But, we promise it's been for good reason!!

Lots on the go and many projects to come.

Here's a basement we finished a little while ago. Turned an unused basement space, into an entertainment and functionable layout.

Clients wanted:
Family room
Entertainment space
A bar of some sort
Maintained storage room
Modified bathroom

Marks vision and delivery: *with homework owners input
Family room ✔ïļ
Entertainment space ✔ïļ
A wet bar ✔ïļ
New storage room ✔ïļ
Staircase storage for Christmas items ✅ïļ
New full bathroom ✅ïļ
Complete laundry room ✅ïļ

Oh. And we also did: all new plumbing throughout the house with new pex and shut offs for each utility item. All new electrical. All new added spray foam insulation. All new drywall and paint. New doors and trim. 2 new windows (now same size!). New entry door with storm door. And the list carries on!

We don't just give the bare minimum. We go the extra mile.

In partnership with R.A. Electrical and Ideal Kitchen (both locally owned and fantastic to work with), we completed this beautiful new kitchen in Middle Sackville.

All new electrical lighting.
New cabinets and counters.
New sink and tap.
New drywall, mud and tape.
New window.
New trim.
New flooring.
New Baseboards.
New backsplash.

2 new beautiful deck builds for a local daycare. Old ones were oddly built and in bad condition. ðŸ‘Ķ ðŸ‘Ļ‍ðŸ‘Ķ👧ðŸ‘Đ‍ðŸŦ

Decided to go wider on the new stairs, as well as, give them both some bottom storage. *picture missing of door built on one.
