Day 3 of our coffee road trip! We went to .coffee and stood in awe for quite a while and what a cool space this is. And the pastries 😍🤯🫠 if you’re in Van, this is definitely worth a stop!

Then we headed to for the West Coast Connect event by . It was awesome to learn about what’s happening in the food and beverage industry in Canada currently, and how the current economic and geopolitical climate affects our industry. Really great to meet people in the coffee world too and run into some coffee pals!

We even got a little tour of the facility, and it was SO cool!

Day ✌🏻of our coffee road trip. This was a fun one! We spent the morning at , and even got to do a fun sensory exercise with Brandon and the roasting team! Our kiddo even took part, and it was fun to hear his childlike interpretation of tasting notes.

Hearing Brandon tell the story of how Smoking Gun started and has grown was so inspiring and amazing. It takes a lot of heart and grit to make places like this happen!

The seasonal drinks and treats are everything I ever dreamed they’d be too! And chilliwack in general is such a neat place! The 1881 district is so worth the trip to see and explore.

Thank you so much Brandon and the team for welcoming us for a fun morning!

Listen, red eyes are the real deal, so these photos aren’t top notch! But you wanna know what is top notch? Cafe Collectif and everyone there! Tried some absolutely incredible coffees today, and was amazed at how creative and intentional every cup was. It was so cool to connect today! This is my first time in Montreal, and I have been so excited to meet everyone here, and take in such an amazing event. Montreal has such an amazing coffee scene and everything about today was so wonderful!

I’m coming back tomorrow and Sunday, so if you wanna chat, send me a message! I have many Hastys to give out in the next 48 hours 🥰

Today feels like a dream! Thank you thank you thank you for getting us here. We are honoured that we get to be a part of the communities we do with Hasty, and this award blew us away. We spend most of our days in lab coats and hair nets, and hardly seeing the sun, so to be reminded in such a powerful way of where Hasty goes is so cool!

And we gotta hop on a trend. Today’s Jill’s birthday, so here’s her in 2016.. we think… she kinda looked exactly the same for a solid 5 years. ✌🏻

Missing a few, but we celebrated The Hasties last night! From most improved, to ultimate fighter, to yoga yapper, we all got awards, and we all ate to our hearts content!

2025 has been an incredible year. We hired 4 part time employees, hit our sales goal, navigated some global craziness, grew relationships with clients, welcomed new ones, got to give to meaningful local causes, went to two coffee festivals, and learnt so much. As people, I think we grew a lot too this year. We are so grateful for the amazing staff we got to bring on to the team, and for the little community we’ve built through Hasty. They say don’t go into business with your family, and don’t hire your friends. But I can’t think of other people I’d want to be on this wild ride with!

Thank you for being part of making 2025 so amazing. Five years later we’re still blown away that we get to do this. 2026, we got big plans for you! ♥️

Also shoutout to for incredible food and service. This was the perfect place for a celebration!
