That “head banger” is exactly why we do end of day walkdowns.

On this site, the stair unit elevation wasn’t considered by an apprentice and it got left like this at the end of the day. It happens. But it’s also the moment where training turns into responsibility.

A lot of employees want journeyman status and feel like they’ve got it all figured out, until you hand them the responsibility and the pressure gets real.

That’s when good habits matter:
• Think ahead on elevation and clearances
• Leave the next crew a safe access route
• Treat every shift like someone else is counting on your work

We’d rather catch it now than after someone gets hurt.
