Not every day on a renovation goes exactly according to plan.
We ran into an unexpected plumbing issue at the back of this property while we were working on the new concrete walkway and pad around the house.
Instead of letting that stop the whole job, we adjusted the schedule and kept things moving at the front while the plumbing issue was being dealt with at the back.
One thing I really want to mention is the client on this project. They’ve been very involved, helped out with a lot, and we’ve all worked together to keep things moving.
That kind of teamwork makes a big difference.
Renovations always come with a few surprises. What matters is how everyone communicates, adjusts, and works together when they happen.
