We’re at our Skeleton Park project, taking this old home back to its bones! 🏚️➡️🏡

The center of the house was sinking (classic old-home charm!), so we’re starting from the ground up:

Engineered footings to stop the sink.

New floor joists to level things off.

High-efficiency upgrades: Spray foam, new windows, and a full HVAC overhaul with a heat pump. ⚡️

Major updates in Portsmouth! From finished drywall to a brand-new exterior walk-down with proper drainage. The first coat of parging is on, so those walls will look smooth soon! Next: paint & windows. 🖌️🪟
