Ultra Plumbing & HVAC is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd year apprentice to join the team.

We’re open to someone with experience in:
• Residential / light commercial plumbing
or
• HVAC (furnaces, AC, gas lines, etc.)

👨‍🔧 Promoting the Trades: Involve Your Kids! 👧👦

We talk about promoting the trades, but do our kids even know what we do? Kids love to learn, help, and be involved. Are you including your kids in home or work projects that are safe for them to help with?

Even if their attention span is short, getting your kids involved teaches valuable skills, creates lasting memories, and strengthens your bond. Even if they don't get into a trade, you are teaching them to understand and respect the importance of the industry and the people in it. I have three daughters who drop everything to help me, grabbing tools or holding something with big smiles and endless questions.

This past weekend, my girls helped me install a well pump, connect the domestic water, and install a toilet at Nana's camp. My oldest is six, and she will remember this moment for the rest of her life. I know this because I have very similar memories with my grandfather.

Take the time to involve your kids. They’ll love it, and so will you!
