We’re proud to see two members of the Caliber team named finalists for the 2026 40 Under 40 Industrial Leaders awards, presented by SiteNews.

Brandon Losse has spent his career identifying opportunities, building trusting relationships, and helping construction companies grow. He has helped organizations enter new markets, build new partnerships and create new opportunities throughout his career, and continues that work today at Caliber.

Tim Gonsalves brings more than 15 years of experience in coaching, leadership development, and people development. Today, he leads Foundations of Leadership, helping construction professionals build the skills to lead stronger teams.

We’re fortunate to have both of them on the Caliber team and excited to see their careers recognized by the industry.

Caliber Projects is looking to hire a Site Safety Officer to join our construction team in the Fraser Valley.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating safe, organized, and productive job sites. If you are a hands-on safety professional who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and enjoys working alongside site teams to build a strong safety culture, this could be a great fit.

You will be doing things like:

🔹 Conducting site inspections, identifying risks, and supporting corrective actions

🔹 Leading safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and safety communications

🔹 Ensuring safety documentation, training records, and certifications are up to date

🔹 Supporting first aid response and incident reporting when required

🔹 Maintaining organized jobsites with proper signage, PPE, and safety equipment

🔹 Working with employees, sub-trades, and site leadership to reinforce safe work practices

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Has 2+ years of construction experience with a strong understanding of site safety practices

✔ Holds Advanced First Aid certification

Caliber Projects is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to join our team in the Fraser Valley.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys keeping projects organized, moving forward, and aligned. If you are a hands-on problem solver who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and enjoys working alongside project teams, trades, and consultants, this could be a great fit.

You will be doing things like:

🔹 Coordinating project activities, schedules, documentation, and site requirements

🔹 Supporting Project Managers and Site Supervisors to keep projects moving forward

🔹 Communicating with consultants, sub-trades, suppliers, and project stakeholders

🔹 Managing project documentation, drawings, permits, meeting minutes, and project records
