I think winter has finally arrived.
But what an awesome summer.
So many great people, so many great families in lethbridge.

Luckily I was able to finish up this home for a lovely lady on the north side before the snow hit.
A beautiful transformation from a cream color to a nice grey.
Its amazing what a couple coats of paint can do for your home.

A local roofing company will be taking care of the roof, adding soffit panels, gutters and a white metal fascia to match the newly painted window trim.

It will truly look like a new home when its finished.

Here are some before and afters of a house i just finished up. A beautiful home on a small horse ranch on the edge of lethbridge.

I love the livingroom arch trim. All done by hand back in the day.
The colors made the trim stand out perfectly.

This chimney definitely needed attention.

Pressure washed, wire brushed, primed and painted.

Look way better now.

Just did the finishing touches on this house this morning.

I know its hard to tell from the pictures. Lol

But the house had a lot of dirt from surrounding tree sap and a dusty back alley.
Lots of paint chipping.

Did a pressure wash, scrape, spot prime and a fresh coat of paint.

Much better

A little repeat business.
A very nice lady purchased a home on the north side, but the back fence was missing two sections. So she had me remove the old fence from the back of the garage and build a new one on the front of the garage. Allowing for extra parking and now her little dogs can't run away.

So I met another amazing family in lethbridge who are keeping me very busy.

There is so many great people in this community and I am very happy to be able to meet them.

This is a picture of an entertainment unit in a board room. Getting a much needed upgrade.

My part was removal, repair and paint, so now the tech can get his part done and hopefully I get a picture of the finished entertainment wall when its completed.

Just finished up this for a local salon down town.
Removed old display boards and wall paper. And gave it a brighter look with a fresh coat of paint.

Met another great family in lethbridge, needed some help making the laundry room a little cleaner.
Unfortunately there was too much going on in and around the furnace to enclose it, but the room definitely looks a lot better.
