Great article on our partnership with Western!

Magnus Homes has been very excited to partner with some wonderful minds at Western University on a test project implementing thermal battery storage in a Net Zero home! This is our first fully Net Zero build (all electric with Solar panels installed) and the study will monitor the energy creation, storage, and usage in the home over the next few years. The past month has been a busy one for closings over here at Magnus!

The most notable was our first closing in Kilworth Phase 3, the popular Lavender model! Congratulations to our homeowners, thank you for trusting us with your home!

We are loving the bright and open concept area, perfect for entertaining, with high windows right across the back flooding the space with natural light!

We can’t wait to see how this homeowner adds their personal touches to make it their own, and especially looking forward to the completion of their golf simulator in their 13ft sunken basement area! ⛳️

Last week we were honoured to attend the LHBA’s awards of creative excellence where we won “Best Home Under 2,000sqft” for our Orchid Model in Kilworth Heights West!

It is such an honour to be recognized amongst so many wonderful builders in our city, this is Magnus Homes first award! Thank you to all of our trades and supply partners, we couldn’t do it without you!
