The culprit? Old wood soffits with zero ventilation. Warm air was trapped in the attic, melting snow on the roof, and freezing at the edge every single winter.

We replaced the old soffits with fully ventilated ones, allowing proper airflow from the soffitline all the way through the attic. New fascia and gutters to finish it off clean.
