With the temperatures dropping I would just like to note that I will be available as much as I possibly can for those late night, 3 in the morning furnace/boiler breakdowns. As I am the only worker, there may be minimal times I am unavailable to be there but I will still try my best to lead you to some simple solutions that might fix the issue, or lead you in the direction to someone who can help you out.

I also want to note that furnace/boiler calls are a priority for me and that may cause delays on other projects that are not emergencies. My main priority will always be to get heat back on to provide not only comfort but to prevent pipe bursts and other major issues that freezing may cause.
