Got to know these clients in March 2025, did their complete basement custom remodel with insulation on all exterior walls, ceiling, divisions, drywall, plaster, new concrete slab; pictures below for final results. Took two months off for the Construction summer holidays then came back here end of October 2025. Found big surprises with mould and unleved joists 24 inches apart. Had to strip everything down except the plastered walls. Mid November, I got a tragic news of losing my father. He passed in Haiti when it had been more than 20 years that I haven’t seen him and two years since I had spoke to him. This broke my heart, took one and a half week off. All this while battling sobriety and stayed successful. Came back right before December in full force December 5 got severely injured in my lower spine basically dislocated three discs couldn’t stand straight for five days plus. Took a full month off to recover. Had Christmas holiday holidays, New Year’s , basically recuperating. Came back on this job site January 5th, progressively, Steady and being aware of my body. January 30th was my last day here and today, right before February 1st, is cleanup day and I’m feeling extremely extremely accomplished.

This house is close to 100 years old. Everything is here since the original creation. A lot of love is needed here however in the past year, I’ve been inserting a little spark of my creative designs and passion for this field. Basement fully renovated, now upstairs bathroom completely renovated to the clients tastes. A lot of custom designs were done here and we like to keep an original old school look. My client and I have the same soul and this is by far one of the best job sites I’ve ever been on!!

God bless these clients. God bless their family. Will be back end of February to attack the attic until then cheers and I hope you guys enjoy this lovely bathroom thank you for your trust for your patience and for your endless recommendations to new potential clients.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🌹🌹🌹🌹
