On to the second of these twin commercial buildings.

Starting our scope of work on this project, an 50x252 commercial bay building. Foundation was already poured so we set to work installing the brackets and sill gaskets between the concrete and the wood, to seals out air, block moisture from wicking up, and gives us a clean, even base to build from.
