To my valued customer,
Hopefully this letter finds you staying warm and having or expecting a great calving season! I'd like to start off by extending my gratitude for having the great pleasure of being able to serve you in cleaning your corrals. Together with my fiancee Jo we have spent the last 3 years building up a great clientelle of producers who have made a long lasting impression on us. From the ones that took a chance on us being the new kids in the business to the latest additions of the past year we couldn't have made it as far as we did!
Your faith and dedication to us is tremendously appreciated, making the basis of this letter all the more difficult to write. Despite our best efforts and your continued support, we have decided to call it a day and sell off the tractor and spreader. We collected quite a list of customers, but in the end it just hasn't been enough to keep things afloat. It tears me up inside to fail my customers as I know finding a corral cleaner has its challenges these days! I truly enjoy doing this job, (as sh*tty as it is!) and really wish it could carry on.
We wish you all the best in finding a new crew to fill my place and we hope this is early enough for you to find someone for the next season. I'm very sorry to end this chapter of life but I won't soon forget the great people that made this company succeed as long as it did!
Best of luck to you and thank you once again,
Ryan and Jo
