👷 CIVIL FOREMAN
$35–$47/hour
• Experience leading civil construction crews
• Underground utilities, excavation and site work experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Safety-focused and dependable
🧱 HARDSCAPING LEAD HAND
$30–$40/hour
• Experience with retaining walls and pavers
• Grading, excavation and landscape construction experience
• Able to lead a small crew and keep projects moving efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
🚩 FLAGGER / TRAFFIC CONTROL
$20–$25/hour
• Valid TCP Certificate REQUIRED
• Safety-conscious and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Able to communicate effectively with crews and the public
