Upstairs, we added vaulted ceilings to make the rooms feel open and bright.
The bathroom might be my favourite part — wood-look shower, glass divider, and a clean, simple layout that just works.
Then there’s the deck off the master bedroom, with an ocean view that makes morning coffee even better.

It usually takes about 6 to 10 months.
That’s 2 to 3 months to plan, and around 6 months to build.
