Outdoor structure transformed into a functional office space. The existing structure had issues with water damage causing mold and rot. We went above and beyond to repair the exterior walls and ensure the structure was properly water proofed. Adding larger windows ensured a ton of natural light which is ideal for an office space. Very nice contrast with the grey siding and white capping, eavestrough, and soffit. We added Grandeur luxury vinyl flooring and flat stock trim for a clean modern look. Turned out great!

With fall around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about your interior projects! We did a full gut renovation to make this home look like a brand new space. Every room had a unique feature such as tongue and groove pine on the ceiling of the master bedroom, shiplap accent wall in the second bedroom, and a stunning barn door in the third bedroom. Backyard Oasis! Transform your outdoor space to fulfill all your entertainment and relaxation needs. We removed the outdated pressure treated deck and started from scratch with all new footings and framing. TimberTech: Coconut Husk composite deck boards were then applied with a beautiful picture framed boarder. We added matching deck boards to the pool skirt, making the pool look brand new. The Douglas Fir gazebo allows for enjoyment rain or shine! We used 8”x8” posts and lvl’s for the beams due to the span. The lvl’s were then cladded with matching Douglas Fur. Really love the vaulted tongue and groove ceiling which is perfect for accessories like pot lights and ceiling fans. Working with the clients was a great experience and this was truly one of those projects we didn’t want to leave! We couldn’t be happier with the end results!

Improved this existing concrete porch with pressure treated wood for a whole new look and feel. We removed the outdated tile and rod iron railing and then installed right over the existing porch. The pressure treated railing with black aluminum spindles really upgraded this homes curb appeal!

With the warm weather around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about your outdoor projects! A new deck can add space and comfort to your backyard. This client wanted something different than a typical boxed design. The multiple tiers gave this deck character and allows for each space to have its own purpose! Now booking for the spring.

This second floor addition was one of the bigger projects we have completed! Adding a second floor completely transformed the look of this home. Once the framing stage was done, we finished this home with white James Hardie siding. The black soffit, fascia, and eavestrough really complemented the siding.

Interior tempered glass railing project. We used mat black stainless steel posts and 10mm tempered glass. This style of railing helps to maintain the open concept look of a home!
