Our third finalist project for the 2025 Georgie Awards is a custom 4000sqft new build nestled high above Edgemont Village. A Step Code 5 Build - featuring triple glazed windows, front to back garage doors for pool party access, and year-round indoor/outdoor living. Another dream home our team provided the interior design and build for.

Our second finalist project for the 2025 Georgie Awards is a character home that has been revitalized with a thorough energy audit and a top-to-bottom renovation. Extensive insulation and an air barrier wrap were added to the exterior, slashing air leakage by over 1,000%—dramatically improving efficiency. Now, it stays cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. Blending timeless charm with modern comfort and style; this old-timer is ready for the 21st century!

We are pleased to announce we are finalists in 6 categories for the 2025 Georgie Awards!

Our first project ‘Close to Nature’, was an off-grid build up Indian Arm. An escape by boat, this house allows you to embrace nature while having all the comforts of a home in the city. Large windows allowing nature to flow in while water and solar power this fortress in the woods.
