We are excited to see The Shipyards in North Vancouver become home to the Uber Eats Canada Soccer House during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, bringing fans together in one of the region’s most active waterfront communities.

Redbridge continues to move into its final stages.

Occupancy was achieved for Building 1, the final condo building on site, on April 15, with residents expected to begin moving in this week. The project has also reached substantial completion as a whole, with the final townhouse occupancy walkthrough scheduled for mid-May.

As the team works through final details and deficiencies, landscaping and planting continue to bring the site together, adding the finishing touches across the community.

We look forward to sharing these final stages as Redbridge nears completion.

The Shipyards Night Market returns for another season on the North Shore.

Every Friday, the waterfront comes alive with live music at Shipbuilders Square, local vendors, food trucks, a beverage garden and the splash park, creating a lively atmosphere for all ages.

Running from May 15 to September 11, 2026, it remains one of the North Shore’s most anticipated weekly events.

Darwin is pleased to share that we have officially broken ground at 115 East Keith Road, marking the next chapter of this purpose-built rental community in Lonsdale.

Following demolition, the project is moving forward as the vision for 81 rental homes continues to take shape alongside Victoria Park. Designed to support everyday living, the community will include a range of thoughtfully planned suites and welcoming shared spaces that extend from ground level to the rooftop.

Designed by BFA, the development reflects a contemporary approach that complements the character of the North Shore while contributing to a highly walkable, connected neighbourhood.
