Custom asphalt driveway installation for a beautiful heritage home in the Toronto GTA — featuring premium Villagio cobblestone accents for a timeless, elegant finish that perfectly complements the character of the property.

One of the biggest challenges on this project was the elevation of the garage, which had originally been built lower than the sidewalk level, causing water to naturally flow back toward the garage doors during heavy rainfall.

To help solve the issue, we strategically incorporated permeable Villagio cobblestone sections with permeable jointing materials and a permeable base system, allowing water to drain naturally through the surface and redirect away from the garage area more efficiently. We also installed a drainage system directly along the garage doors to help capture and control excess surface water before it could reach the garage.

Smart drainage solutions paired with clean, high-end craftsmanship. 👌
