Hello all ANE customers.

This is a reminder to all customers that snow and salting services are not provided unless there is 5cm of snow that is staying on sidewalks/driveways (this is measured by what is outside of our shop as well as what is shown on weather reports) if you require additional salting or snow removal services if there is less then 5cm of snow please let us know as there is an additional fee for these services. Also a reminder that all jobs must be paid for upon completion unless you are a seasonal customer and have paid off your balance in full. We also do not offer any services until snow has stopped and have up to 12 hours to get around to all of the properties on our schedule so please be patient as our drivers make there way to your homes/businesses.
