We are HIRING! Auto Glass Technician / Admin Role

We’re looking for a versatile, detail-oriented person to join our team! This position blends hands-on auto glass work with office and computer responsibilities - perfect for someone who likes variety in their day. You’ll assist with auto glass installation, replacements, and repairs, while also supporting the office with ICBC claim processing, invoicing, estimates, and basic admin tasks.

If you’re mechanically inclined, great with people, and
comfortable learning new computer systems, we’d love to hear from you!

Hours: Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 - 4:30 (Occasional 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturdays depending on workload)
Wage: Starting at $22/hr during 3-month probation, with a wage review based on experience, initiative, and performance

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and replace windshields and other auto glass
• Assist with heavy equipment and specialty glass jobs when needed
• Repair rock chips per ICBC’s standards
• Process ICBC and private insurance claims accurately
• Create and manage invoices in QuickBooks
• Communicate with customers and suppliers professionally
• Keep accurate records in company systems (Notion & QuickBooks)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What We Are Looking For/Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (clean driver’s abstract)
• Basic mechanical or glass installation experience preferred (training provided)
• Comfortable using computers and learning new programs
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
