(CODC) is a registered not-for-profit corporation that, since 1994, has brought together the CLR Construction Labour Relations Association of Saskatchewan Inc. and the Saskatchewan Provincial Building & Construction Trades Council (SPB&CTC) to work collaboratively on mutually beneficial initiatives. Saskatchewan Building Trades Unions (e.g., Craft unions) are members of the SPB&CTC, and the corres

ponding Employers are members of the CLR. At CODC, we are dedicated to promoting the growth and development of the unionized construction and maintenance industry throughout Saskatchewan. We are focusing on improving our Diversity and Inclusion in the Unionized Construction & Maintenance Industry, and our four focus pillars are:
