Spring cleanup day at this gorgeous riverside home. has made the interior breathtaking! did our water and sewer tie ins. M&O Construction is slated for the garage before garage doors and knocks out the rest of the drywall. We are getting close!

Spring weather is knocking at the door and so are the interior finishes! We can't wait to see the rest come together.

A beautifully textured ceiling completed by and flawlessly finished drywall is awaiting this week to do her magic with the entire interior. It's coming along beautifully.

The surprise spring weather brought us some mud, some insulation, and a talented exterior finisher. This home will have a mix of LP wood siding and natural fur details. A big thank you to M and M Insulation Ltd for another perfect install. Nothing makes a project run smoother than assembling an A team of trades.

Keeping up to social media posts is not my strong suit. I'm a hands-on fella with a perpetually shattered phone screen and filthy hands. My goal for '26 is to do better...and to get yet another phone screen.

Here is a sneak peek into one of the many projects on the go at the moment. I can't stop staring at these huge white oak newel posts and rich stained window trims.

We just can't be happier with how this home turned out. This was a big effort by so many very talented trades. A big nod to Laurinda and crew from Bases Covered. An amazing job as always!

Today marks a milestone we are incredibly proud of. Looking back over the years gives it gives mixed emotions thinking about team members that have helped build us over the years, projects that secured our place in the industry, as well as the thousands of customers we were able to meet along the way. We look a little different today than we did 20 years ago, but we have many more left in us. To everyone we have met along the way, thank you. Without every one of you, we wouldn't be who we are.

RBSL shares this day with a special person, who's encouragement in those early years made all the difference. If you know my Mom, wish her a very happy birthday!
