Vassa Metal Roofing over the years earned the reputation as one of the most reliable roof restoration company. This 160 years old New England style villa was rejuvenated with stone coated zinkalumine slate panels. Over the years the roof sunk about six inches in the middle. With traditional roofing methods a complete new roof structure would have been built. Our double strapping system allowed precise leveling, saving thousands for the home owner.

By using Gerard Roofing Technology's stone coated metal shakes, we were able to integrate the century old log cabin, the old barn, and the modern addition corridor between the two. The face lift gives a lasting contemporary new look, while helps to maintain a heritage ambiance of this unique property.
