⚠️ WE’RE HIRING: Site Safety Assistant

Dynamo is looking for a Site Safety Assistant to join our team in Regina, SK, supporting the Bell Data Center project.

This temporary position combines site safety, documentation, and administrative support, working alongside site leadership, contractors, and field personnel to help keep the project safe, organized, and on track.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Conducting site safety inspections
• Auditing FLHAs and following up on corrective actions
• Delivering site orientations
• Maintaining safety documentation and daily progress logs
• Coordinating weekly safety meetings
• Attending contractor coordination meetings
• Tracking PPE requirements
• Monitoring site sign-in/sign-out
• Completing fire extinguisher inspections
• Supporting ongoing safety and compliance initiatives

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment.

Previous construction, industrial, or safety experience is preferred. An NCSO designation is an asset, but not required.

Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills are also important.

Celebrating 24 years of Lori Phillips at Dynamo.

After 24 years with Dynamo, Lori is retiring.

Lori joined Dynamo as our very first Administrator. As the company grew, so did Lori's role, taking on increasing responsibilities and eventually serving as our Director of Human Resources and Corporate Services.

Throughout her time with us, Lori has been a familiar face to generations of Dynamo employees and has played an important role in our people, our culture, and our growth.

Her knowledge, guidance, dedication, and unwavering support have made a lasting impact on the people of Dynamo. She will certainly be missed.

Please join us in congratulating Lori on this well-deserved milestone and wishing her all the best in retirement and whatever comes next.

A look inside an e-house during installation.

From the outside, an e-house can look like a relatively simple building.

Inside, it's a different story.

Electrical equipment, control systems, power distribution and hundreds of individual connections all have to come together in a relatively compact space.

This is one stage of the installation process, with cable routing and equipment connections taking shape throughout the room.

It's a good reminder that industrial electrical work is about much more than installing equipment. It's about making everything work together.

For industrial facilities, a planned shutdown creates a narrow window to complete work that cannot always be done while operations are running.

That means crews need to be ready, equipment needs to be where it needs to be, and the work has to move safely and efficiently once the shutdown begins.

This Dynamo truck was on site during a recent shutdown, supporting the electrical work happening inside the fence.

Are you a Journeyperson Electrician who likes getting out in the field, solving problems, and working on equipment that matters?
Dynamo is looking for a Field Services Electrician to join our team in Regina, SK, supporting industrial and utility clients.

This role gives you the opportunity to work hands-on with:
⚡ Electrical power & control systems
🔧 Generators, transformers & breakers
🛠 Protection relays & electrical equipment
🔍 Testing, inspections & troubleshooting
⚙️ Preventative maintenance & commissioning
📋 Technical service calls & project support

You’ll work alongside our technologists and technical specialists, gaining experience with a wide range of electrical equipment and facilities while helping clients keep their operations running.
What we’re looking for:
• Saskatchewan Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
