Big things happen when the Boss team keeps learning. 👊👊

Brett and Nathan recently headed to Peachtree, Georgia for advanced Rinnai training at their headquarters. They got hands-on experience tearing down and rebuilding tankless water heaters, learned more about Rinnai products, and toured two production facilities to see how everything comes together behind the scenes.

The trip wasn’t all work either — they also checked out a Braves game, toured the World of Coca-Cola, and caught a Hawks game while they were there.

We’re proud to invest in ongoing training so our team can continue bringing the best knowledge, service, and solutions back home to our customers.

It was an emotional goodbye for the OG Boss crew. From humble beginnings in the garage where it all started - morning toolbox talks, long days, lots of laughs, and building something together one small step at a time. It was never just about the big picture, but the little moments along the way that mattered most.

From humble beginnings in the garage where it all started — morning toolbox talks, long days, lots of laughs, and building something together one small step at a time.
