To a racer, it’s the destination.

It’s where the late nights in the shop, the sacrifices, the hard work, and the determination all come together. It’s where drivers, crews, families, sponsors, and fans celebrate the moments they’ve worked all season for.

When Laird Raceway approached us about transforming Victory Lane, we knew it was about more than just installing a floor. We wanted to help create a space worthy of the champions who stand there.

Devon joined The Epoxy Company in 2025 and has quickly become a valuable part of our installation team.

When he’s not coating floors, you’ll likely find him off-grid camping, fishing, and spending time with family enjoying the outdoors. 🎣🏕️🚛

He’s the kind of guy who picks things up quickly and takes pride in doing things right. With a strong attention to detail and a steady work ethic, Devon helps make sure every project is completed with precision and care.

He may be more reserved but don’t let that fool you… he’s hardworking, reliable and LOVES Shania Twain.

This homeowner was struggling to safely use her vehicle ramp due to a slippery surface, especially during the winter months. After spotting one of our vehicles, she stopped to ask if we could help.

Now, she has a safer, slip-resistant ramp and a little more freedom to do things on her own again.

⭐ Meet Geoff!

If you’ve had a floor installed by The Epoxy Company, chances are you’ve met Geoff.

As our Lead Hand Epoxy Installer, Geoff is the guy leading projects on site and making sure every floor is completed to the highest standard. His knowledge, experience, and attention to detail make him an incredible asset to both our team and our customers.

What really sets Geoff apart is his willingness to help. Whether he’s mentoring a team member, answering a customer’s questions, or finding solutions to a challenge on site, he’s always ready to lend a hand with a positive attitude and a smile.

Outside of work, Geoff loves spending time outdoors. You’ll often find him dirt biking, walking his dog, or enjoying everything Northern Ontario nature has to offer.

We’re grateful to have Geoff on our team and appreciate the leadership, kindness, and dedication he brings to every project. Thanks for everything you do, Geoff! 👏

Out with the old tile, in with a long-lasting non-slip flake system.✅

We removed the failing tile, repaired and re-formed the edges and gave this front entry a fresh new look that’s safer, more durable and better suited for Northern Ontario weather. No more water leaking into the cold room underneath.❌
