80% of my lawns I get done in the time frame I intended and 10% take longer 10% I get it done quicker. How I price things when it takes longer is if it took increadibly longer I stick to my quote cause that’s good business then if they offer I throw on a couple bucks extra. If I take longer even though I’m a quick mower I have a customer thatd pay extra I charge below the minimum wadge rate cause they know I ain’t milking the clock. Especially when I’m dealing with a returning customer especially when I know their lawn is gonna be way quicker to complete each time with the rest of the season. How I price when a customer gives me a 40-$50 job and wants to pay 100 minimum I say no to the high offer and remain at my price. I want to keep a name of cheap pricing . Cheap pricing for the customer that makes them proud and a good enough dollar for my hour for me. Others doubt me I know I’ll be successful
