Plans change. Temporary structures come down. Sites sometimes need to go back to how they were. A screw pile foundation can actually be unscrewed and removed when that happens, which is not something a poured concrete footing can do.

It's a small detail that matters a lot on the right kind of project!

Did you know? Unlike traditional excavation, screw pile installation causes very little disturbance to the surrounding soil.

No large excavation. No major backfilling afterward. The ground remains virtually undisturbed around each pile.

It’s a practical advantage, especially on developed sites or projects located near existing structures, where minimizing disruption matters.

Postech is growing in Massachusetts!

Meet the team behind Postech Screw Piles Plymouth: Sean and Kristina Leonard, with their son Sean Micheal Leonard joining as the operator.

For the past 8 years, Sean and Kristina have owned SLS Services in Plymouth, MA, where they have built their business around remodeling, interior and exterior projects, and strong relationships with local customers.

Now, they are bringing Postech Screw Pile foundation solutions to their community, helping homeowners and professionals build solid foundations for decks, porches, additions, and other outdoor projects.

We are excited to welcome this family team to the Postech network and look forward to seeing them grow in the Plymouth area.
