Hello everyone! Quick storm update.

We still don’t have the plow truck back just yet, however we do have a truck running, all snowblowers are fixed, and the tractor is on the road for this storm. While service may be a bit slower than usual, we will still be out working around the clock to make sure everyone is taken care of.

For this storm, we are planning 2–3 passes, followed by end-of-driveway cleanup after the storm.
• First pass: Open up driveways enough so you can safely leave your home
• Second pass (while it’s still snowing): Refresh the cleared path
• Final pass: Widen and restore your full driveway

Our focus during the snowfall will be speed and accessibility to ensure everyone can get in and out. Once the storm ends, we will slow things down and return to our usual level of detailed, full clearing.

Thank you all for your continued patience and understanding as we push through another Newfoundland storm. We truly appreciate your support!

Update:
We’ve found another truck and will be looking at it tomorrow. If everything checks out, we’ll have a plow ready for the storm on Tuesday. Once our other truck is repaired, we’ll be running two plow trucks and one snow-blowing unit for the remainder of the season. Big improvements ahead—thanks for your continued patience and support.

Last night’s snowfall did not meet our 5 cm minimum trigger, so no driveway clearing will be taking place today.

Tuesday is forecasted to bring between 7–14 cm, and we do anticipate being out for service then.

Snow Clearing Update

Just a quick update for everyone — we’ve located a transmission for the plow truck and our goal is to have it in and out as quickly as possible so service can resume as normal for the smaller storm expected on Tuesday.

If the plow truck isn’t back on the road yet, there may be slight delays. For any snowfall under 10 cm, it’s perfectly fine to drive over the snow, and we’ll take care of it once vehicles are out of the driveway.

Thank you all so much for your understanding and patience over the last storm. The transmission failure was a completely unexpected and unavoidable issue, and unfortunately outside of our control.

If Tuesday’s storm ends up being larger than anticipated, we’ll do our absolute best to have at least one additional vehicle on the road. I’ll also be personally going driveway to driveway shoveling, while our team continues working with the tractor and trailer.

As always, thank you for your continued support — it truly means a lot.

🚨 Quick Snow Clearing Reminder 🚨

Before we arrive for snow clearing, please make sure there are no newspapers, garbage, or loose items in your driveway or walkways. These items can easily get pulled into snowblowers, causing clogs or damage and slowing down service for everyone.

A quick check before each snowfall helps keep equipment running smoothly and ensures we can clear your property safely and efficiently.

Thanks so much for your cooperation and continued support! ❄️🙏

We are still working around. Check out this cool tractor!

Most end caps and driveways have been done. We are resting for a few hours and then will be back out to do some driveways that’s were only cleared out enough for you to leave your house and the move the car. Will be on the go at around 7 am. Thankyou for your patience.

Hello everyone,
Just wanted to give you an update on today’s situation. Unfortunately, our plow truck’s transmission gave out earlier today. We’re actively working on getting it repaired as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, we’re still out around the clock using a tractor and snowblower to ensure driveways are cleared enough for you to safely leave your home.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for bearing with us.

Sorry for the lack of updates today — it’s been absolutely wild out there. We’re currently out chasing the plows that keep filling in driveway ends. We’ve got two trucks and two guys running continuous rounds.

The snow is still blowing, so some driveways are getting covered again even after being cleared. Thank you all so much for your patience with these two back-to-back storms. We’re working hard to make sure everyone can move their vehicles and get out as soon as possible!

With about 6cm already on the ground we are on our way out the door to start our rounds now. He hope everyone is cozy and warm.
