Rick Sim Trucking Inc. is growing rapidly in Wabasca, Alberta, and we are looking to hire 8–10 Owner Operators to join our crude oil hauling division.

We have immediate openings for both day and night shifts and are seeking professional, safety-conscious operators who are looking for steady work with a growing company.

Available Rotations:
• 30-Day Rotation
• 14 Days On / 7 Days Off

Rick Sim Trucking Inc. is looking for a highly organized and driven Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations in Wabasca, Alberta. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong communication across all areas of the business and with our oilfield partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate daily with oil companies to ensure all KPIs and expectations are consistently met
* Work closely with dispatch to ensure loads are being hauled efficiently and delivered on time
* Ensure all owner/operators and drivers are compliant with company policies and oilfield procedures
* Oversee shop operations, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and in safe working condition
* Manage shop inventory and ensure necessary parts and supplies are stocked
* Direct and coordinate field supervisors on daily job tasks and priorities
* Provide daily progress reports and send summary emails outlining operational performance
* Maintain a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and overall operational performance
