Forever grateful for the commitment, fortitude and willingness of my sons in allowing me to teach them what the "Construction Industry" is all about and how best to provide for themselves & their families without relying on others and to help out other First Nations build a future for their people and to establish a reputation as "The Best Builders" in the construction industry in today's world. They also allowed me to teach them Respect, Responsibility, Honor & Trust not only in themselves but to treat all people the same way in their pursuit of providing a quality product in a timely manner. Someone once asked me "What do you build?" and the answer is "We Can Build Anything" thanks to my sons (Jesse, Tim and Dempsey).

Another project me, Tim and my Dad took on in 2006 where we agreed to help out a
friend build a custom 2600 sqft home in the "Sticks" and in the mountains near Bragg Creek, Alberta. Versatility and compassion to work first & foremost with my Dad (Leonard Day Rider) showing us how to build and to endure long days with our reward being a "job well done".

My Dad (Leonard Day Rider) and us took on this contract to build 3-14 Multi-Unit Apartment Complex's in the town of High River during the fall of 2006 and we delivered according to the contract agreements.
Say's a lot about our independence and willingness to work "Off-Reserve" and compete in the building industry to provide for ourselves and other First Nation members (Sarcee, Siksika and Bloods).
