Job Responsibilities:
Custom Homes: Work on luxury, high-end custom homes, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.
Multi-Family & Commercial Projects: Contribute to a variety of multi-family and commercial developments.
Varied Tasks: From foundation to finishing, you'll be involved in diverse carpentry tasks.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Proven experience
Interest in learning the trade as an apprentice or labourer
Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and transportation (assistance available)
Safe work practices and adherence to company safety standards
