Sometimes the most important work in a building happens behind the walls.

We recently completed remediation work beneath a condominium hallway staircase to prepare the area for an upcoming building pipe refit. Before plumbing work could begin, the space had to be carefully contained, selective demolition completed, and the area cleaned and remediated to ensure it was safe and ready for the next phase.

It's not the kind of work most people ever see, but it's an important part of protecting buildings and helping projects move forward safely.
