* Fence installation experience (wood, chain link, ornamental, or agricultural is an asset)
* Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, augers, or similar equipment
* A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
* A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
* The ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions
