Here is a large project completed just before Christmas.
This project we started from scratch in both the basement and the main floor.
On the main floor we demo'd the existing kitchen and installed a new engineered beam to remove the load bearing separation wall. We installed a new kitchen complete with quarts countertops and new backsplash. To complete the main floor, we tied into some existing barn board and installed the arch, designed and built a custom banquette seating, and completed some built-in shelving.
The basement features new LVP flooring throughout and a custom barnboard fireplace.

A main floor and kitchen reno to be jealous of. This project we started out with a dark and compartmentalized main floor and kitchen. We started by removing the non-load bearing walls and the kitchen. After a few tweeks to the layout we installed new LVP flooring throughout, installed the kitchen and completed the finishes. The kitchen features a large 8ft x 3ft island, complete with quartz counter tops and subway tile backsplash. We also completed the bathroom - started from scratch and finished with a nice new clean design.

Here is a recent addition we completed. The addition included a new laundry room, master bedroom with a custom built in wall unit, and an ensuite bath.
