We are a growing home renovation company and we are looking to hire a Project Manager who is capable of managing $200 – 500K sized projects.

Responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and negotiating subcontracts and contracts
• Preparing original budgets & pricing and processing changes
• Managing material procurement
• Understanding and preparing preliminary and interim schedules
• Problem-solving on-site issues that arise
• Maintaining project completion schedule, identifying bottlenecks and long lead items while planning appropriately to work around these issues
• Client communication
