FENCE & DECK REPAIR - The property owner had some issues with their deck and fence. The lattice become damaged and not salvageable and therefore needed to be replaced. A deck railing was installed because the original deck railing was removed years ago to accommodate a hot tub that no longer exists. The property owner can now rent this great property that is complete and safe for the new tenants.
