Will these candles heal your soul? Absolutely not. Will they protect you or help you complete karmic contracts and cut energy cords? Nope. Will they activate your kundalini and balance your chakras? Also no.

Candles and products are not the magic...you are. What you focus on, what you give your energy to, and how you choose to particaipate with life is the key. But the candles are definately good for creating a calm space, giving you a symbol or activation that represents "me time", an oppertunity to slow down and go inwards.

Your body has always known how to return to balance, it just adapts when it has to. Over time, stress, emotional experiences, and external pressures can create patterns of tension and protection that interrupt that natural flow.

The spine plays a key role in this process. It supports posture, movement, and nervous system communication. When people engage in deep somatic or therapeutic work, shifts in spinal tension can correspond with emotional release.

This is why individuals may experience shaking, warmth, tears, or spontaneous movement during integrative sessions.

These responses are not dramatic displays. They are nervous system activity recalibrating.
