It’s been a while, but while we were up north working, naturally there was a roof that needed fixing.

So Marky & Remy got back together for the collabo on the roof. 🔨🏠

Always good working with old friends. Good work, good laughs, fun times — gotta love it.

New roof turned out great, clients are ecstatic, and really… what else could you ask for?

New dock built for our clients on a section of waterfront they hadn’t normally used. With a nice shallow entry point and an opportunity to make better use of the shoreline, naturally, we took advantage of it.

This was a quick one and easy to knock out while we were already working on the property.

Special thanks to the guys (Jason Coleman and Mark Derp) for the help getting this one done.

More to come soon from Nevco Renos Inc. 🔨🇨🇦

300 feet of flagstone, extensive formwork, and a full concrete pour — complete with conduit, rebar, and everything doweled directly into the Canadian Shield.

Our clients in Gravenhurst needed a much smoother, safer walkway down to their waterfront, and this project was no small undertaking.

We spent a couple of weeks bringing it all together, working with the natural terrain and tackling some seriously challenging conditions. A ton of hard work went into this one, but Nevco Renos Inc. was up to the challenge.

What a beautiful project — and we’re not finished yet.

Finished photos coming very soon.

Recently Completed Kitchen by 🏡

This kitchen transformation came together beautifully thanks to an incredible team effort. The floors were completely refinished — transformed from dark brown to a natural raw tone with a light satin finish (thank you for the amazing work).

The kitchen was fully refaced with brand new custom cabinet doors, a fresh spray finish, and upgraded with a new cooktop and under-mount lighting for a clean, modern look.

The Dekton countertops, selected by designer , were seamlessly installed for a sleek, durable finish. We also added new shoe moldings and a full paint refresh to complete the space.

Big shoutout to the team who helped bring this one together:

This is a very large framing project near completed by Nevco Renos INC. Complete with 60’ facade walls and arched windows. Part of ongoing projects at several malls across the GTA. This was quite the challenge but we worked hard and smart to get things done.
